Start with the original source
Read the announcement, paper, or documentation behind a claim. Check its publication date and distinguish that date from the date of our review.
Name the kind of evidence
Distinguish provider claims, attributed opinions, editorial interpretations, and measured results. A company’s statement is a company’s statement; a measurement needs its method and context.
Show the assumptions
Expose the inputs, formulas, and boundaries of a tool. Label illustrative scenarios clearly, explain what an output can mean, and describe what the model leaves out.
Keep a record readers can check
Preserve dated news reports, keep source links alongside summaries, and make corrections visible. Our methodology explains the review approach and how to raise a correction.
CONFIDENCE THROUGH UNDERSTANDING
Useful answers still need judgment.
Sources and transparent methods make claims easier to assess. They cannot guarantee that every answer is correct or that a particular outcome will follow. Check consequential claims against appropriate evidence and evaluate a workflow in its actual context.
